HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?

If you checked out as a guest, you do not have a Latona's account and unfortunately will not be able to view your order details online. Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking emails. If you have additional questions, please reach out to our support team through our contact form so we can assist you. If you created a login with a password, you've created a Latona's account. To log into your Latona's account, visit our homepage here. 1) Click the silhouette icon. 2) Click the “log in” button. 3) Enter your log in credentials. Yay! You’re in!

DO I NEED A LATONA's ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Of course you can check out as a guest, but if perks are your thing, take a look at some of the benefits we offer with a Latona's account: Savings on discounted delivery charge and discounted first order Order details and tracking information on past and present orders Save your contacts and relationships with their addresses to simply the checkout process To create your Latona's account, simply enter your email address and choose a password here. Note: Creating a Latona's account does not enroll you in a flowers daily subscription. It simply opts you into receiving emails and makes you eligible for the perks listed above.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY CONTACTS AND ADDRESSES?
Storing your contacts and addresses in your account makes future checkouts simple and speedy. To edit or save addresses to your Account: Hover over the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, select Account > Addresses. You will be able to add, edit, and delete any potential recipients.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM EMAILS?
We get it, sometimes there’s only so many emails you can keep up with. You can update your email preferences through the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of emails sent from info@latona.am or simply send the request to our customer support team here to no longer receive promotional emails. If you'd like to stop receiving text messages from the Latona Flowers Co., please reply "Stop" via the text thread. Texting the request will opt you out and you will receive a confirmation. You will still receive email notifications about your purchases so you can stay updated with your order. Please allow 48 hours for updates to take place.
MY PASSWORD
Forgot my password: If you’ve forgotten your password, or if you receive a message that your account has been locked out for 30 minutes due to too many login attempts, click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and click “Retrieve Your Password”. Lastly, check your inbox (and spam) for your new temporary password.
